QY25K5S truck crane is a special model aiming for Russia market introduced by our co***ny basing on classic and mature K series products. By configuring system heating facility, low temperature adaptability of the crane is increased, which makes it better meet the special operation requirements in this region. Meanwhile the configuration of Euro IV engine meets the requirements for emission standard in Russia region. Russian GOST and OTTC certificates are obtained successfully.
Full dimension, large visual field, luxurious driver's cab and new operator's cab are adopted in QY25K5S, the whole vehicle has beautiful outline; five-section boom of octagonal cross-section and double cylinder rope system make it have co***ct structure and reliable telescoping movements.
1. Octagonal cross-section boom is adopted, with light deadweight, large strength and strong load bearing capacity.
2. Advanced inserted boom head, large strength of structural parts and larger area of lower slider enable it better force applied condition and more stable telescoping, torsions of boom after side-loading can be avoided effectively.
3. Reliable telescoping mechanism design. Imported anti-torsion wire rope is adopted in thick cable of telescoping system, and imported bearings are adopted in thick cable and guide pulley, with reliable performance.
4. Excellent structural parts welding technology, all key weld beams of the whole vehicle are welded by welding manipulator, with advanced process and reliable quality.
5. Sleeve type connection is used in all pipelines, hydraulic pipelines are connected reliably with good sealing property and less leakage.
6. System configuration for extremely cold areas
